simplyO try its best to ensure your order is delivered on a timely basis. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any party or individual due to delay caused by the assigned courier, with the factors beyond our control area or any event that is out of reasonable foreseen control. All placed orders are subjected to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped to the customer’s doorstep.

Shipping Rates

When there is no shipping fee promotion, the rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the products, the final charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days (excluding public holidays) after receiving your order is confirmed. On average, delivery to the final destination takes about 1 to 3 working days for West Malaysia and 3-7 working days for East Malaysia, but it can be longer depending on the area and unusual circumstances.

To Check Delivery Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2 business days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damaged Products

We pack all orders with care and double-check them before they leave our warehouse. However, if your product incurred any damage en route to you, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue.
